Regulations of the European Saxophone Forum 2026
- The European Saxophone Forum 2026, hereinafter referred to as the Forum, is organised by the Wrocław Division of the Society of Polish Artist Musicians. The co-organiser of the Forum is the Chair of Wind Instruments, Percussion and Accordion of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław.
- The Forum shall include: ‘The Saxophone Workshop – Saxophone Orchestra Project’.
- ‘The Saxophone Workshop – Saxophone Orchestra Project’ will be held on 11–14 March 2026 at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław. A detailed schedule will be available at: www.musicforum.pl.
- The Forum is open to saxophone students and teachers.
- The number of participants is limited. The participants shall be qualified for the Forum in the order of entry form submission.
- Participation in the Forum will involve working on pieces arranged for saxophone orchestra. A 15-minute programme (several pieces) is planned, which the saxophone orchestra will present during the Gala Concert in the Concert Hall of the Academy of Music on Saturday, 14 March 2026. Participants qualified for the Forum are obliged to prepare a programme sent to them by email by the organisers.
- Participants declare their participation in the Forum by completing a relevant on-line entry form available at: www.musicforum.pl.
In addition to the on-line registration through the entry form, on the first day of the Forum participants have to submit a printed and signed statement (Appendix No. 1 or Appendix No. 2) attached to these Regulations.
- The deadline for submitting the entry form is 27 February 2026.
- A minor participant, i.e. a person who is under 18 years of age at the time of entry, may only be entered for the Forum by his/her parent or legal guardian.
- Minors may participate in the Forum only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The organiser does not provide care for minors.
- The organiser and co-organisers do not provide insurance for participants and shall not be responsible for any accidents, theft and other damage arising during the Forum. It is each participant’s responsibility to be insured.
- The cost of participation in the Forum for all students, amateur-musicians and others is 150 PLN, for participants from abroad – 35 Euro, for teachers of saxophone classes employed in public music schools in Poland participation is free.
- The guardians of minor participants do not pay the entry fee and do not have to fill in the entry form.
- Participants shall pay the entry fee by 1 March 2026 by making a transfer payment to the bank account of the Association of Polish Artist Musicians, 84/92 Marszałkowska Street, 00-514 Warsaw.

If an invoice for the payment is to be issued, the participant should send a request for such a document by email to the following address: info@musicforum.pl by 27 February 2026.
- If the participation in the Forum is cancelled after 27 February 2026, the entry fee paid shall not be refunded.
- Participants declaring their participation in the Forum are obliged to consent to the use of their image and recordings of their artistic performances on the terms specified in the entry form.
- The organisers reserve the right to make a photo and audio report from the Forum and to publish the photographic and audio material on the following websites: www.musicforum.pl, www.amuz.wroc.pl, www.spam.wroclaw.pl, www.gov.pl/web/osmwroclaw and the YouTube Internet channel – according to the statements contained in the entry form.
- The organisers reserve the right to make changes to these Regulations. Any changes to the Regulations shall be posted each time on the following website: www.musicforum.pl.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel the European Saxophone Forum 2026 due to material reasons. In such a case, any entry fees that have been paid shall be refunded.
- Forum concerts are open to the public and admission to all concerts is free. A detailed schedule of the concerts will be available at: www.musicforum.pl.

Appendix No. 1
DECLARATION
(of the parent or legal guardian)
- By declaring my child’s/charge’s participation in the EUROPEAN SAXOPHONE FORUM 2026 (“the FORUM”), I confirm that I have read and accepted the Regulations of the European Saxophone Forum 2026 and shall be bound by them.
- I declare that during the Forum I shall provide guardianship for my child/charge.
III. I declare that:
- I consent to photographs and audio and video materials with my child’s/charge’s image as a participant of the Forum being made, recorded, repeatedly used, processed and copied by any means, without my every time approval, for the Organisers’ and Co-organisers’ promotional and archival purposes;
- I grant to the Organisers/Co-organisers of the Forum, free of charge, the right to use the photographs and audio-visual recordings of my child’s/charge’s image as a participant of the Forum and of any artistic performances in the following fields of use:
- a) recording and reproduction – making digital recordings of sound and images and publishing them on a CD and/or DVD, or other media, for non-commercial purposes only,
- b) trading in the copies of the recorded image – marketing, lending or leasing the original or the copies,
- c) distribution in a manner different than specified in a) above – broadcasting, rebroadcasting and playing back the image recording, as well as making the image publicly available on selected websites;
- I consent to the processing of my personal data and my child’s/charge’s personal data required for participation in the Forum by the Forum Organisers and Co-organisers pursuant to the Act of 10 May 2018 on Protection of Personal Data (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018 item 1000) and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, p. 1), and I confirm that I have been informed that:
1) the co-administrators of the personal data contained herein are:

Giving consent to the processing of data for the purpose of participation in the Forum, followed by the submission of such data, means consent to this transfer,
4) the data may be made available to authorities that are authorised to obtain such data by generally applicable law,
5) I have the right to access and correct the above-mentioned personal data,
6) submitting the data is voluntary, a refusal to submit the data will, however, result in being ineligible for participation in the Forum.
7) I have the right to access, rectify, delete and transmit my personal data, to restrict the processing of the personal data and to withdraw my consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
8) the submitted personal data shall be retained and processed for a period necessary to complete the Forum and to settle all the dues resulting from it as required by provisions of law,
9) the processed data shall not be subject to profiling, it will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations. The data may be made available to authorities that are authorised to obtain such data by applicable law,
10) I have the right to lodge a complaint with the Head of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Stawki Street 2, 00-193 Warsaw) should I find that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations,
11) I consent to being notified of future artistic and educational events organised by the Association of Polish Music Artists, Szewska Street 47/2, 50-139 Wrocław, via the e-mail address given in the entry form.
